Day 2: Hellloooo Vietnam–

Oh! I’m not in a combat zone any more? ya coulda fooled me. Short staffed again. a story every nurse knows well.

The weather has been dry and hot, but, the Trinity and Brazos rivers remain high & holding, not dropping. Here in the Greater Gulf Coast we still have five client shelters open or on standby. Water, water everywhere….you know the rest.

The Houston Region CDR is ramping down and shooting everything they have over to us (National Disaster Relief Operation).

Well, that’s all I can think of to bore you now, so….
